Q1. Is there a fee to start a DoleUpp request?

No there is not a fee to start, however on cash out there is transactional fee of 2% You are required to donate 10% to another user. So please ensure you request at least 10% more than you need. There is also a small annual subscription fee which you pay only if you receive a donation.

Q2. What will I need to receive a DoleUpp?

You will need to have a bank account to receive a donation. A brief description of your DoleUpp request and a pre -recorded video describing your situation is suggested.

Q3. Is there a limit to how much you can receive?

Yes, there is an annual limit of $10,000.00. You may request a waiver to increase the limit.

Q4. Do I receive my Donation instantly?

When you cash out you will need to complete a standard verification, which will ensure that DoleUpp is in compliance with AML and KYC procedures as it relates to Anti money laundering (AML) and know our customers (KYC).  This verification process may take up to 10 business days or longer if required verification information is not provided or is determined by our payment gateway processor to be unclear or insufficient

Q5. Is there a customer service number?

Although DoleUpp does not have a customer service number, our Customer Service team is dedicated to helping through email support. To reach our customer team, please access us in the app under Settings where you will be able to contact us you.
